Recreation Master Plan Revitalization

Working in collaboration with Vermont Integrated Architecture, we have developed a refined conceptual design for the new pool and pool house that thoughtfully reflects the feedback received from the community. We are excited about how the plan has come together and believe it captures both the character and needs of Killington.

The materials below include the current conceptual designs and associated cost estimates. As we move forward, additional due diligence is required, including a wetlands delineation and test pit analysis to evaluate wastewater system options. These steps will help inform final design and implementation.
